We’re proud to announce an exciting new chapter for Jersey Shore Advanced Surgical Associates. Through a surgical practice merger with Prime Surgicare, we are now under the expert leadership of New Jersey board-certified bariatric, hernia and gallbladder surgery specialist Dr. Seun Sowemimo.

Dr. Sowemimo brings more than 15 years of advanced surgical experience and a track record of thousands of successful minimally invasive procedures, specializing in bariatric weight loss surgery, hernia repair surgery and gallbladder surgery.

“Dr. Seun” is also a nationally-recognized weight loss expert offering individualized weight management guidance for people who need to lose 10 to more than 100 pounds. We also prescribe and oversee patients utilizing GLP-1 medications.

As Medical Director of Prime Surgicare, he is known for his personalized, compassionate approach and commitment to helping patients achieve their health goals with confidence and clarity.
